When Hurricane Laura brought high wind and heavy rain 8/27/20, that morning before the storm another electrician had completed setting up our Generator. Anxious to watch it perform, I lost power that evening and the generator did not kick on. Fortunately I had this certified dealers recommendation for service after we had a non-dealer set it up. He was a lifesaver! He told me to tell him what the control panel read out. The installer must have “forgotten” to press the AUTO button because the red light was above the OFF! George knew exactly WHAT TO DO. Press auto. The generator roared to life and so did I, to see my lights come on. LESSON: Get a dealer who can also Install and service your generator. And get GEORGE if you can!
